Enduring Guardianship
Guardianship is the process whereby a guardian is appointed to make lifestyle decisions for an adult with a disability when a decision needs to be made.
Estate Litigation / Will Disputes
Disputes can arise between family members after a person dies.

A person may die not having made a will or the will made does not provide for people it should. If this happens, there is the potential for a claim to be made against the estate of the deceased person.
Executors
We can act as your executor of your will should you wish.
Grants of Probate
A Grant of Probate is a certificate from the Supreme Court of Victoria in which the Probate Office officially recognises the Executor named in a Will.

We can apply for you.
Notary Services
We are able to provide Public Notary services to individuals, small and large businesses, lawyers, attorneys, banks and government bodies.
Powers of Attorney
A power of attorney is a legal document authorising a person to act on your behalf.
Small Business
You must seek professional advice before starting your own business or selling your business.
Wills
A will is a legal document which sets out how you want your assets to be distributed on your death. If you do not leave a will, your estate will be distributed according to legislation. In some circumstances, the result of dying without a will can be difficult for your family or loved ones. Having a lawyer prepare your will ensures your assets will be distributed according to your own wishes.
